Payment
I accept Medicaid (under age 19 with primary physician referral), ALLKids, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, American Behavioral, United Healthcare, Behavioral Health Services, Cigna, and private pay. I do offer a sliding scale fee as well as payment arrangements for all counseling services except for substance abuse assessments. If your insurance is not listed above, then I currently do not accept it.
Girls
I offer behavioral
and family therapy to address children's issues including behavioral and emotional problems.
Teens
I offer individual and family counseling to address issues such as trauma, bullying, self esteem, depression, self injurious behavior, substance abuse, and teen pregnancy.
Women
I offer individual and family counseling to address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, stress management, work/life balance, divorce, and domestic violence.
LGBTQ+
Members of the LGBT and transgender community are much more likely to experience depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicidal ideations. I am able to provide individual and family counseling as well as make referrals to support groups or specialists in the community.
**The fee for state approved substance abuse assessment is $120.00. This assessment is required for admission into any state funded substance abuse program. The fee covers the assessment, unlimited referrals, and unlimited updates for up to 90 days after initial assessment is completed.
