This webinar will be presented by Adrienne Stephens Cooper. Adrienne is a LPC-S in the state of Alabama and has over 17 years working in the mental health field with 7 of those years working with adult women survivors of sex trafficking. Adrienne has experience in various agencies including outpatient, residential, and hospital settings and is currently the owner and therapist at Lotus Counseling Services. Adrienne has experience in directing substance abuse treatment programs and supervising other clinicians including those seeking LPC licensure. At Lotus Counseling Services, Adrienne provides individual and family therapy focusing primarily on women's issues and sexual trauma. She also partners with local agencies to provide counseling services, consultations, and clinical training.

Polices
​
Payment: Payment is required at the time of registration via credit/debit card. No other payment method is accepted at this time.
Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds should be requested in writing via email at least 7 days before the scheduled seminar. Payments will be refunded minus $15 administrative fee via the payment card used at the time of registration. Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded at half the registration rate minus the $15 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 48 hours before the seminar. No show for seminars will not be refunded nor will refunds be given for any technical/computer/connection issues that cause an attendee to miss a live seminar. If a seminar has to be postponed due to the presenter, registration will roll over to the rescheduled date. Attendees who want to cancel registration for the rescheduled date will be fully refunded pending cancellation is made 48 hours before. No refunds will be given if canceled less than 48 hours.
Certificates: Certificates will be emailed to the email used at the time of registration within 5 days of the conclusion of the seminar. It is the responsibility of the attendee to followup with Lotus Counseling Services if they have not received his/her certificate after 5 days. Lotus Counseling Services will provide replacement certificates for an administrative fee of $25.
Refusal of Service: Lotus Counseling Services reserves the right to deny or terminate service without notice if there is reason to believe an attendee's conduct may be harmful to Lotus Counseling Services, its presenters, or other attendees. This may include but is not limited to disruptive behavior and unauthorized recording or use of presenter material.
ADA Requests: Lotus Counseling Services is committed to providing an experience free of discrimination and the goal is to ensure all seminars are accessible to anyone. To comply with ADA requirements, Lotus Counseling Services will provide accommodations to ensure the attendee is able to fully participate in the seminar and/or offer alternative arrangements if accommodations would cause an undue burden as defined by the ADA. Any person requesting accommodations must submit this request in writing to lotuswomenscounseling@gmail.com at least 60 days before the scheduled seminar they are registering for. Within 7 days of this request Adrienne Cooper LPC-S will respond in writing either granting the request, requesting more information that is limited in scope, or denying the request as it has been established that accommodation would cause an undue burden and will seek to offer an alternative option.
